Boleh juga masuk kan dalam plastikr bungkusan yang bersih dan tebuk lubang Kecil. Bila air pula Mendidih, piping kan telur kuning ke dalam air gula yang sedang Mendidih. Nanti terhasil lah jaringan kuning telur yang masak. Kacau dengan garpu. Bila dah nampak masak, angkat Guna garpu. Buat lagi sampai habis. </div>

<br /><u>Cara-cara</u><br /> Rebus daging yang dipotong besar (sebesar penumbuk kanak2. Letak rempah kasar iaitu kulit kayu manis, buah pelaga, lada hitam dan limau kering. Bila dah empuk baru masukkan garam.<br /> <br /> Sementara itu, potong semua jenis sayur seperti didalam gambar. Goreng semua jenis sayur kecuali tomato. Bawang cincang perlu ditumis dengan letak sedikit garam, kunyit dan mixed spices.<br /> <br /> Sambil menggoreng, rendam beras basmati.<br /> <br /> Susun sayur sayuran didalam periuk untuk masak. Aturannya ialah tomato, ubi kentang, terung, bunga kobis, bawang besar goreng, daun ketumbar.<br /> <br /> Kemudian susun kan daging yang telah direbus. Last sekali letak beras. Air untuk masak, gunakan air rebusan daging tadi.<br /> <br /> Bila nasi dah masak, kacau sedikit sahaja untuk elakkan nasi hancur. <br /> <br /> Siap untuk dihidang. Boleh makan dengan Salatah. Last sekali siram bancuhan yang di blender tadi. Bakar dalam oven dengan suhu 180 Celcius selama lebih kurang 15-20 minit. Boleh di makan panas atau sejuk. Kalau tunggu sejuk, nanti kuahnya meresap ke puff pastry (kurang kuah). Selamat mencuba :)</div>

1. Cairkan coklat dan butter dalam oven atau atas dapur sehingga semuanya cair<br />
2. Dalam bekas lain, pukul telur dan gula hingga sebati<br />
3. Masukkan gandum dan baking powder yang telah diayak dan kacau hingga rata.<br />
4. Masukkan coklat dan butter yang telah cair tadi. Kacau lagi.<br />
5. Bila sebatian rata, masukkan kacang dan gaul lagi. <br />
6. Dalam bekas empat segi yang telah dialas dengan cooking/wax paper, tuangkan adunan tadi dan ratakan.<br />
7. Bakar dalam oven pada suhu 170C selama 20 minit atau hingga ternampak sedikit rekahan pada permukaan brownies.<br />
8. Biarkan ia betul-betul sejuk untuk dikeluarkan daripada bekas.</div>

Campurkan tepung, gula dan santan. Gunakan whisk utk mengacau adunan. Neeza blender saja (senang!)<br />2. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan diblender lagi hingga sebati.<br />3. Tambahkan pewarna/ jus pandan (atau kedua2nya) mengikut pilihan kehijaun masing2.<br />4. Masukkan adunan ke dalam acuan/loyang kek dan taburkan bijan di atasnya. (Acuan/loyang kek hendaklah terlebih dahulu disapu butter/minyak supaya adunan tak melekat)<br />5. Bakar di dalam oven (yg telah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu) pada suhu 180 degree celcius sehingga kelihatan ada regangan pada sisi acuan/loyang (utk memastikan betul2 masak, gunakan toothpick/skewer dan dicucuk ke dlm kuih td. Sekiranya tak melekat, maka kuih td telah masak). Kalau guna oven kecil, kuih ini akan naik tinggi semasa membakar. Biarkan saja. Tunggu hingga masak. Jangkaan masa dalam 40-60 minit.<br />6. Tutup api.<br /><br /><br /><strong><em>6. Ulam-ulaman<br /></em></strong><br /><em>Bahan-bahan:</em><br /><br />Kobis, Carrot, Timun di hiris halus. Kalau di Malaysia, Neeza campur kacang panjang dan segala jenis daun. Di Saudi ni payahlah sikit nak cari daun-daun. Jadi, apa yang ada sajalah :)<br /><br /><br /><br />Sebenarnya jumlah bahan-bahan tu lebih pada agak-agak sahaja. Kebanyakan menu Neeza gunakan kelapa kering sebab di Jubail ni kelapa kering paling senang nak dapat dan tahan lama serta halus. Kalau nak beli kelapa segar, hanya certain places saja ada jual. Kelapa parut frozen pulak, kasar lah sangat. Satu kerja nak kena blend. Since nak cepat dan benda yang nak disediakan pun rumit, jadi kelapa kering is the best solution ;). Selamat mencuba. Panaskan oven pada suhu 180C, lenser tin berukuran 7 inci x 7 inci x 3 inci dengan sedikit minyak, alas dasar tin dengan kertas minyak. Ketepikan.<br /><br />2. Dalam satu bekas, masukkan telur, minyak jagung dan gula, kacau dengan whisk hingga rata, sebati dan gula hancur (kurang lebih 5 minit). Masukkan bahan2 diayak tadi dan gaul perlahan hingga sebati.<br /><br />3. Masukkan lobak merah parut dan walnut/badam tadi. Gaul rata menggunakan spatula hingga mesra. Tuang dalam tin dan bakar selama 30 ~ 40minit atau hingga masak.<br /><br />4. Sejukkan kek atas jaringan sebelum disapu dengan cream cheese tadi. Simpan kek dalam peti sejuk jika tidak habis dimakan...<br /><br />5. What a boring meals. Let's try something different. I g00gled for the recipe but the one that I cooked was a bit altered. Let's look at my version of chicken chop and beef steak meal :).<br /><br /><br /><u>The chicken</u><br /><br /><i>Ingredients</i><br /><br />A whole chicken - cut into 4 parts<br />A tablespoon of grinded garlic<br />1/2 tablespoon of grinded ginger<br />1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce<br />1/2 tablespoon of soya sauce<br />a pinch of salt<br />a pinch of blackpepper<br />1 tablespoon oil<br /><br /><i>Method</i><br /><br />Clean the chicken. Then, coat the 4 parts with all of the above except oil. Marinate them for 15-20 minutes. Heat up oil on a flat pan. Place the chicken nicely. Cover the pan and let it cook by itself. You may roast the chicken in the oven, if you like. Turn the chicken over after 10 minutes. Wait another 10 minutes and they are ready to be served.<br /><br /><br /><u>The beef</u><br /><br /><i>Ingredients</i><br /><br />300g beef - slice wide and thin<br />(the same ingredients as above)<br /><br /><i>Method</i><br /><br />Coat the beef with the ingredients. Marinate it for 15 minutes. Roast them in the oven. It will be ready after 15 minutes. It only requires ginger and garlic and chicken of course :). The rest are just side garnish. It won't spoil the Chicken Rice taste if you don't have it. Lets look at the recipe:<br /><br /><br /><em><span style="color:#ccccff;">Ingredients:<br /></span></em><br />4 cups rice<br />1 whole small chicken - cut into 4 pieces<br />1 1/2 bulb garlic<br />3 inch ginger<br />4 red chillies<br />3-4 red tomatoes<br />celery<br />Cucumber<br />Lettuce<br />black soy sauce<br />Salt<br />lemon juice<br />Water<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><em><span style="color:#ccccff;">Methods:<br /></span></em><br />Grind garlic and ginger and set aside. Put in chicken in a pot. Pour in water and cooked. Add in 1/2 of the grounded ginger and garlic. Add in salt. Let the water boil and chicken to cook. Take out the cooked chicken and set aside.<br /><br />Wash the rice and put it in the cooker. Pour in the chicken soup that you have prepared earlier - just enough to cook the rice. Add in 1-2 teaspoon of grounded garlic and ginger in the cooker and stir. Let the rice cook in the cooker by itself.<br /><br />Grind the red chillies, tomatoes and 2 teaspoons of grounded ginger and garlic. Then, pour it into a pot and cook it for a while. Add in sugar, salt and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Upon boiling, the chilli is ready to be served.<br /><br />Add the rest of the grounded ginger and garlic onto the chicken. Spill black soy sauce and mix them all. Broil the chicken in the oven for 10-15 minutes. You may also fry the chicken. I prefer baking it in the oven as the ingredients will absorb better.<br /><br />To make the soup more tastier, add in chopped celery and let it boil again. Add in about 1/2 cup of water. Stir once in a while. When it boils and dries, add in chinese celery. It's cooked when the potato is soft and dry.<br /><br /><br /><br /><strong><span style="color:#ff6666;">Outer layer (the dough)<br /></span></strong><br /><em>Ingredients:<br /></em><br />1/2 kg flour<br />3 tblspn full margerine (preferrably corn based)<br />1/2 cup oil<br />1/2 tspn salt<br />Water<br /><br /><br /><em>Methods:<br /></em><br />Mix salt with the flour. Heat the margerine and oil in a pot until medium hot. Pour the oil in the flour and start kneading. Add in water until the dough become soft and easy to roll. Make a small round cirle - the size of 1 cent / a penny out of the dough. Then, roll each round dough using a wood / plastic roller and make it round and flat. Take a tea spoon of curry filling and put in the middle.
